Do I have to register to browse products?
You may visit RestaurantsTheme site without registering. However, in order to buy any of our themes or templates, you will be required to register for an account. When creating an account we will ask about some info, for eg. your name and email. If you decide to purchase any of our products, you will also be required to submit more information to our third party payment processors like Paypal or 2checkout.
What information I have to provide to buy a product?
All payments are handled by 2Checkout/Paypal. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the ThemeHunt, you may find that you are asked to confirm your identity and other personal details. You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
How fast I will get purchased template?
In general, item(s) should be downloaded immediately after successful purchase.
Can RestaurantsTheme cancel my order?
RestaurantsTheme may refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
What can I do with downloaded template?
Use a purchased product for your own personal or a client website.
What I cannot do with a purchased template?
You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind. You cannot include the purchased template with a website offered for sale or distributed for free. Also, you cannot convert a purchased website template to a CMS theme to sell or distribute for free.
Do I need to buy a template for each site?
1 License = 1 website = 1 end product, but as long as it's all on the same domain, a single license is fine.
I accidentally purchased something! Can I have a refund?
We assume that you are an adult and responsible for his actions person. RestaurantsTheme does not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem with a product you purchased, and the shop owner is unable to help resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product’s description. When making a purchase, please double check to make sure you are buying your desired item.
I have purchased a template but I didn’t get any message.
Sometimes an email may not be delivered if your main inbox, then check ‘Spam’ or ‘Offers’ post folder. It’s because email servers and clients may incorrectly mark an email as ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’. Check also that the email address associated with your account is correct, there are no typos.
The purchased template is not working, what now?
It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between an item that is broken versus an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result, the item is not working. Note also, that HTML5 templates cannot be loaded into CMS as their themes. If simple checkings are not helping, you will be able to contact us.
